"Carol and I are at the Colegio Maya School in Guatemala City, Guatemala. She was hired as a Language Arts teacher for grades 8 through 12. I just came along for the ride. After being here for three weeks and having met the Director of the school and the administrators of both the middle and high school, I was offered the opportunity to be a substitute teacher and tutor. A week later I was offered a full-time position as an ESOL instructor. So far everything is going well. I have been adjusting to younger students, but getting along well with them (although they are too young to get my jokes). I teach ESOL 3rd, 4th, 6th and 8th."
